Every participant in Varna Tourist Cluster is a representative of the main sub-sectors of the cluster.

• Granat Ltd. is a proprietor of a hotel and a filial of Resort Complex St. St. Constantine and Elena – the first Resort Complex in Bulgaria with 100-year history which is established in 1908 and it is the second largest company in Varna Tourist Cluster.
• Tanchev & Co is the forth largest tourist company in Bulgaria which is a representative of Alltours in Germany , Hotel Investment is a proprietor of hotels in the city, awarded with “Building of 2007”;
• Tourexpo is an organizer of exhibitions and fairs for the industry.
• Excellia Ltd. is register under Training Center which is specialized in organizing training for middle and high level managers; the company has realized over 400 training of managerial staff – 120 of which from the tourist sector.
• FIL advertising agency provides marketing and advertising services for the tourist sector in the region.
• Black Sea is regional color daily and it organizes the Initiative “The Regional Media in support to the clustering as an instrument for increasing the competitiveness of Varna Tourist Sector” as of 2005 – a set of annual presentations during fairs and exhibitions of tourism and monthly publications.
• Varna Chamber of Tourism presents the main representatives of the tourism sector in the region – 141 companies.
• The lead organization is Varna Business Agency which activity is to provide business services to the companies in Varna Region, consultations, training with over 60 finalized projects. Some of them are intended to popularize the cluster approach and to establish clusters in the tourism together with Varna Chamber and maritime transport;

The following reasons will guarantee that the main companies of Varna Tourist Cluster will participate in the project implementation and especially for increasing the competitiveness of the Tourist Sector in Varna Region:

• Their willingness for co-financing the implementation of the project;
• The support on behalf of Varna Municipality ;
• High level of information for the cluster approach in tehregion;
• The planned project activities which are intended to cater for the common objectives of the cluster.
